Join us for Art Night!

Art Night is our monthly FREE event that celebrates art and artists. Join us for exhibition openings, open artists’ studios, live music in the courtyard, extended Gallery Shop hours, and pop-up shops from local vendors. These events occur the first Thursday each month and are FREE, family friendly, and open to the public.

Opening recpetions for Kentuck's Gallery at Hotel Indigo occur on occasional First Fridays from 6-7:30pm at Hotel Indigo Tuscaloosa.

What's happening this month?

-Museum and Teer Galleries:

"Repurposed" by Penny Dobson, Elayne Goodman, Kerry Leasure, Debra Mager, Diana Vest, Laura Walker, & Betsy Youngquist

Repurposed will feature a group of women found object artists who use items and imagery that are traditionally feminine—or associated with a woman’s role as caretaker—such as dolls, toys, love letters, and kitchen items, transforming these objects and images into unexpected pieces of art.

-Live Music: The Jules Jazz Band

-Featured Gallery Shop Artist: Joni Esser-Stuart; artist talk at 5:45pm

-Kentuck's Clay Studio Drop In Hours: For $20, receive 2lbs of clay and glazes to create your next masterpiece! We'll fire it in the kiln for pick up at a later date.
