Kentuck Art Center and Festival was established in 1971. Kentuck's mission is to perpetuate the arts, engage the community, and empower the artist. The Kentuck Festival of the Arts is held annually in October, and during that weekend, makes a $5.5 million economic impact on its community.

for children ages 10-12

Older kids, it's your turn! March's after school Clay Play is for kids 10-12. These classes are instructed by Hayes Dobbins, a member of Kentuck's Red Dog Potters. They are limited to 5 students, so they fill up fast! Sign up your child today!


When: March 6, 13, & 27; 3:30-5:30pm

Instructor: Hayes Dobbins, Kentuck Red Dog Potter

Where: Kentuck's Clay Place

Class size: Limited to 5 kids, ages 10-12

Included: 6 hours of professional instruction, 25 lbs of clay, glazes, tools, and kiln firing

Tuition: $150 supplies included
