Jim is a self-taught artist who creates sculpture, assemblage, and environmental art from found and discarded objects. His work is in the permanent folk art collections of Kentuck Art Center (Tuscaloosa, AL), the High Museum of Art (Atlanta, Georgia), Polk Museum (Lakeland, Florida), and the House of Blues (Orlando, Florida).
